Reservations are not held until said payment is confirmed. Payments may be made by Master Card or VISA or through a bank transfer directly to our bank account at:

Check in time is at 2:00 PM and check out time is at 11:00 AM. There is a $25 charge per hour until 3 p.m. If check out occurs after 3:00 PM, a full night rate will be charged. Pets are not permitted with the exception of Seeing Eye dogs.
Please follow up with a copy of the deposit via fax, or mail your agency check to our Reservation Department.
Groups (more than 5 Bungalows) and all Peak Season reservations must be prepaid 30 days in advance without exception, and this period cannot be fragmented.
Cancellation and Refund policies: All cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email.
Cancellations and early departures impact us significantly; therefore we have a minimum day cancellation policy for refunds of deposits. We may not be able to re-book the Bungalows after your cancellation. This results in lost revenue to us, so we appreciate your understanding.
- 90% refund of deposit if reservation is cancelled within 15 days of arrival date
- 40% refund of deposit if reservation is cancelled within 10 days
- 15% refund of deposit if reservation is cancelled within 5 days
- NO REFUND of deposit if reservation is cancelled less than 5 days prior to arrival or is a no show.ï¿½ There will be a 1 night penalty charge.
During Peak Season (December 20-January 6 and Easter Week), refunds are made if reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received via Fax or e-mail in our Reservations office.ï¿½ If refund is applicable and adheres to the policies, the corresponding amount will be refunded. All modifications and cancellations must be sent in writing (via fax or e-mail) to our reservations department.ï¿½ The request must indicate passengerï¿½s name, quantity of people (adults and children), check in and check out dates, Bungalow type and confirmation number.
In any case, Mar y Selva Ecolodge will not give any reimbursement to late requests, no shows or early departures.
It is agreed that Mar y Selva Ecolodge will be relieved of its obligations in the event of natural disasters, fire, strike lockout, order of government authorities or any reasonable circumstances beyond its control.
